Ship faster without breaking production

RiT Global designs and operates CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and release automation so your engineering team spends time building — not fighting deployments.

Overview

Manual deployments and hand-configured servers don't scale, and they fail unpredictably under pressure. RiT Global's DevOps practice builds repeatable, automated pipelines — from code commit to production deployment — backed by infrastructure defined as code, so every environment is reproducible and every change is auditable.

We work with existing engineering teams as an extension of their capability, not a replacement: designing the pipeline architecture, implementing it, and then either handing it off with documentation or continuing to operate it as a managed service.

Business Challenges We Solve

  • Manual, error-prone deployments. Releases depend on one engineer's tribal knowledge, and fail differently each time.
  • No infrastructure reproducibility. Environments drift from each other because servers were configured by hand, not defined in code.
  • Slow release cycles. Without automated testing and deployment gates, releases happen monthly instead of daily.
  • Limited observability. Teams find out about production issues from customers, not from monitoring.
  • Security bolted on at the end. Vulnerability scanning happens after deployment instead of inside the pipeline.

Technical Solutions

CI/CD Pipeline Engineering

Automated build, test, and deployment pipelines with quality gates and rollback capability.

Infrastructure as Code

Terraform/CloudFormation-defined environments that are versioned, reviewed, and reproducible.

Containerization & Orchestration

Docker and Kubernetes architecture for portable, scalable application deployment.

Observability & Monitoring

Centralized logging, metrics, and tracing so issues are caught before customers notice.

CI/CD Pipeline Architecture

A typical pipeline we implement moves code from commit to production through automated, auditable stages:

CommitSource Control
BuildCompile & Package
TestUnit, Integration, Security Scan
▼ automated quality gate — fails block promotion ▼
StagingAutomated Deploy
ApprovalRelease Gate
ProductionBlue/Green or Canary Deploy

Features

  • CI/CD pipelines built in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation, version-controlled
  • Containerized application deployment with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) inside the pipeline
  • Blue/green and canary deployment strategies to reduce release risk
  • Centralized observability with metrics, logs and distributed tracing
  • GitOps workflows for auditable, reviewable infrastructure changes

Benefits

Faster, safer releases

Automated pipelines with quality gates let teams ship daily instead of monthly, with fewer rollbacks.

Reproducible environments

Infrastructure as code eliminates configuration drift between dev, staging, and production.

Reduced operational risk

Automated rollback and canary deployment limit the blast radius of any bad release.

FAQs

Do you work with our existing engineering team?

Yes, we typically embed alongside existing developers to design and implement pipelines, then either hand off or continue operating them.

Which CI/CD tools do you support?

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps are our most common platforms, chosen based on your existing toolchain.

Can you migrate us from manual deployments to full CI/CD?

Yes, this is one of our most common engagements — typically delivered incrementally, starting with the highest-risk manual process.

Do you support Kubernetes if we're not there yet?

Yes, we can design a containerization and orchestration roadmap as part of the engagement, not just operate an existing cluster.
