RiT Global collects information you provide directly (such as name, email, and company details submitted through our contact forms) and technical information necessary to deliver managed services to client environments (such as device inventories, network configuration data, and monitoring telemetry).
Information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted managed services, monitor and secure client environments, and improve our service offerings. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Client data is handled under the same ISO 27001-aligned controls we implement for managed environments, including encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, and least-privilege access policies.
Monitoring and support data is retained according to the retention schedule defined in each client's service agreement, and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements, by contacting hello@rit.global.
